Did you know that those who take care of others are usually the ones who need to be taken care of the most? Did you know that the 3 hardest things to say are: I love you, I'm sorry, and Help me. You may see a smile but, that smile could be a camouflage for the pain people are trying to hide. We all need positive support. So lets uphold each other, one may be struggling with family problems, health struggles, job issues, or just need to hear and witness the effects of someone caring. Kindness is an effort given from the heart.
