Expect something different today. You are attracted to what you are exposed to. Try something new. Your boundaries are set by your own limitations. Your routine is what you build around you that you don't think you can change. So instead of doing the same things that aren't taking you anywhere, change what makes you comfortable. Remember we use excuses to comfort us when we are afraid of what to do. Bad habits are meant to be broken. While good habits are meant to build you up!

Have fun with changing your lifestyle. Make every day different. We've made change to be undesirable, intimidating or something that may make life miserable.
I chose to look at change as something new. Everyone is happy when they receive something new. The anticipation of you receiving something new makes you do whatever it takes to receive it.
So just think of you winning the lottery. Everything will be different. This time you would have created your own masterpiece. A masterpiece you've filled with knowledge and empowered your (mind), your( body) will be strong because you're eating healthy and exercising daily, and your (soul) will be cleansed because you have found your inner peace.
